Our farm is in Follina, one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy, nestled in the heart of the Prosecco hills.
A multifunctional environment that includes a trout farm, the cultivation of seasonal vegetables, and the rearing of farmyard animals (chickens for meat and eggs) all of which are prepared in the farmhouse kitchen. Nestled in UNESCO World Heritage territory, the winery produces DOCG Prosecco and other sparkling wines.

Our trout farm
Raising trout is one of the highlights of our farm.
The only one of its kind in the Quartier del Piave district, our aquaculture yields high-quality fish in a variety of sizes.
The water of the Soligo River channelled to our pools creates part of the ideal habitat for juvenile fry which grow to become rainbow and salmon trout weighing more than 5 kilograms because they are nurtured with selected, quality feed.
We harvest our trout, prepare, and welcome them to the kitchen so we can create a unique and delicious farmhouse menu!
The focus is entirely geared toward serving meat that fulfils the strictest criteria of sustainability and which of course is 0 km.
We harvest seasonal veggies when nature allows us to: tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, and all the delights of summer, along with radicchio, squash, and cabbage in winter.
The fruit trees grace us with tasty apples and pears to make homemade breakfast cakes for our guests.
